After sixteen years of studying the emotional, psychological, and energetic aspects of The Health & Wellness Journey, incorporating its physiological and hormonal components was the next best step.
And once again, it’s all geared specifically to WOMEN.
Healthy Women = Healthy World – this is my passion and mission. I want to contribute fully the best I possibly can.

This was an amazing journey, one that not only added to my skills as a coach and mentor but, most importantly, transformed me as a person who needed another round of deep healing of letting go. I knew this EFT/TFT course would change my life, I just did not know how much. And the best part is, it continues to do so every day. The best modality for me at this point in time. I am deeply grateful.

In April 2016, I became a Red River College Graduate after a long, dedicated, and knowledge-expanding period of yet another study endeavor.
I had the pleasure of taking Applied Counselling Certification Program and have graduated with a 4.44 GPA!
This very comprehensive program included the subjects of:
Counselling Theory -- Children & Youth Counselling -- Group Counselling -- Family Counselling -- Aboriginal Counselling -- Law & Ethics -- Cross-Cultural Counselling -- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and others.
This was a fantastic experience which included 220 hours of practicum. I was invited by one of my professors to complete my practicum at his place of work, one of Manitoba's biggest agencies providing support to our community by offering a huge number of programs for all those in need.
I was honored to be a part of New Directions and serve our community of persons with disability through the Alternative Solutions Program. A fantastic experience!
Also, I love numbers and their meaning. 444 is one of my favorites!!!

Lisa Nichols - Panache Desai - Jack Canfield - Sonia Choquette - Marianne Williamson to mention just a few.
2015 truly was a year of miracles, many incredible lessons, and transformational experiences.
I am blessed for always, to have been a part of this journey!

In February of 2014, I graduated a fantastic, life-changing coaching program offered by The S.W.A.T Institute with 97% average and thus became a Master Empowerment Coach.
I have been a student of the ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ of human behavior for many years and always felt the desire to help others understand and answer their own questions. Taking this great course was what I needed to combine passion, skill, and knowledge. I put my Heart and Soul into this wonderful journey and, after two and a half years, came out a new woman! I really did.
I was able to incorporate my life’s experiences with the wisdom carried within them. I added the lessons and blessings woven into those experiences and have created a new way of seeing the world around me, my story, my perceptions, and all the people and their role in my life. But most importantly, I have uncovered a new way of seeing myself; from a new perspective and in a different light; with understanding, compassion, and love. I became EMPOWERED!
I could write paragraphs about my story and I am, on my blog and eventually in my book entitled Blessings of Pain and Sorrow. For now, I just want to share with you that, quite simply in my view, life is a process of Becoming.

Here I am before I was ONE. It is not evident that, shortly before this picture was taken, my beloved, amazing, courageous mother had to, literally, steal me out of a hospital to take me to a Healer to save my life. And she did. And I’m grateful.
Here I am before I was ONE. It is not evident that, shortly before this picture was taken, my beloved, amazing, courageous mother had to, literally, steal me out of a hospital to take me to a Healer to save my life. And she did. And I’m grateful.
This is my first communion and my favorite part of the Roman Catholic adventure. I am on a different path now – a path of Spirituality. Though I have great appreciation for where I came from. And I loved the long dress my mom made for me; which little girl wouldn’t, right?
This time in my life was when I began to wonder and my curiosity began to sprout. Soon, I found myself standing at a bus stop, looking at other people wondering if they saw the world the same way I did. I was twelve at that time and I remember it as if it was yesterday. Funny how we remember some things and events…. and then we realize how very significant they were… those are the times of recognizing the profound inner truth, whispers being heard for the first time…
And here we are today; and the whispers are still present. And some are familiar and new, echoing deeper into my being, but they are innately the same; full of truth longing for more truth, and revealing more of who I am and why I am here.

Marta Stanczyk is a certified Master Empowerment Coach, self-awareness expert, founder of Woman To Woman Empowerment Coaching, and aspiring writer & poet. Marta is a fresh new face in the field of creative writing. Her work was published in the Independent Living Resource Centre’s newsletter and she recently wrote a poem entitled I Am Woman. On March 8, 2014, she recited her poem at an event celebrating International Women’s Day in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Marta affectionately refers to her life’s challenging experiences as earning a “Ph.D.” from the School of Life and says she
is working on her “Master’s Degree” indulging her insatiable curiosity and desire to understand the complexity and beauty of human behavior - including her own.
Certified as Master Empowerment Coach by The S.W.A.T Institute (Simply Woman Accredited Trainer), she is also a graduate of Applied Counselling Program at Red River College in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, where she currently resides. During the past few years, thirsting knowledge, Marta has dedicated much of her time to study the subjects of spirituality, human consciousness, quantum theories, and energy healing modalities by partaking in seminars featuring leaders like Donna Eden, Panache Desai, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson, Gregg Braden, Jean Houston, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Colette Baron-Reid, Gary Zukav, and many other extraordinary teachers.
A lifelong learner, in 2015 she had the privilege to take part in a year-long mentoring program with Marci Shimoff and Debra Poneman.
As her inner light shines brightly, Marta hopes to be the sparkle that ignites the light in those who come to know her.
