By making a purchase you acknowledge your understanding of and agreement with the following:

-          The information provided through scheduled coaching sessions with the Coach is not intended to be, nor is it implied to be, a substitute for professional, medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or pharmaceutical advice.  The Client should always seek the advice of their physician or other qualified professional for treatment of any conditions, diseases, or prior to commencing any new regiment or program.  The client should never disregard or delay gaining such advice based on any information obtained from the Coach.

-          Coaching session(s) are sixty (60) minutes in length conducted by phone, Skype, or Coach’s private conference line (to be determined by the Coach).  All information disclosed during any session(s) is confidential and will not be revealed to anyone without Client’s written consent unless required by law.  Coaching session(s) are not refundable or transferable and must be used by the client within three (3) months from the latest originally booked appointment.  All appointments require a minimum of 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation; any cancellation beyond that time period are not refundable.

-          The relationship between the Client and the Coach and this agreement is governed by the current laws of the Province of Manitoba.  The Client shall indemnify and hold the Coach harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of the coaching relationship or process.

-           My deepest intention is to serve, inspire, and assist the client on their journey using my skills, education, knowledge, and life experiences to the best of my ability.
